The first of these is the Introduction Service, which is designed for those of you who are familiar with lettings and are able to stay up to date with ever-changing tenancy law. As such, you do not require comprehensive assistance on a regular basis, so under this scheme Open House will market your property, conduct viewings and carry out tenant referencing to ensure the prospective occupant is suitable.

Rent Collection Service is the next step up and extra features are added to those included in the Introduction Service, including rent collection and payment direct to your bank account via BACS.

A Fully Managed Service is the third option open to you, with this offering many additional features that ensure you do not have to tackle any of the tasks associated with letting or managing your property. We will oversee the rental every step of the way.

Finally, our Premier Rent Gurantee Service provides complete peace of mind, as it includes every aspect of the Fully Managed Service as well as cover for rental income arrears, legal expenses relating to obtaining possession of your property and alternative accommodation expenses should they be required.
